“‘Will I…Will there be another revival, I’ll see
another time?’ And just remember, from the west will come a
white horse rider. We’ll ride this trail again. That’s right.
Soon as we get ready. It’s a promise, you see.”
If it is a promise, it must be in the Bible. That is the
promise of Revelation chapter 19: the white-horse Rider of
Revelation 19 coming at this end time on a white horse; and
that is the Word incarnate in a Man.
That is what brings the revival of the end time to the
Church of the Lord Jesus Christ; and he says It will be (from
where?) from the West. The Coming of the white-horse Rider
of Revelation 19 will be fulfilled (where?) in the West.//

“From the West will come a white-horse Rider,” says
the forerunner of the Second Coming of Christ; and he says:
“We’ll ride this trail again.” And why does he say: “We’ll
ride it”? Because he is the Elijah who was to come
forerunning the Second Coming of Christ; and Elijah rides the
ministerial trail again in his fifth manifestation.
So Elijah rides it again, with this Rider: he rides the
ministerial trail again. Because Elijah, like Moses, rides the
ministerial trail with the white-horse Rider of Revelation
chapter 19, who is Jesus Christ in Holy Spirit, the Word, the
Word incarnate in a Man.
And in that same Man, they ride the ministerial trail
(Elijah for the fifth time and Moses for the second time); and
the ministry of Christ will be manifested in human flesh on
this Earth for the second time.
